To achieve your goals, you must first determine your worth

Together, our mission is to help others live healthier, more fulfilling lives through the use of fitness and proper nutrition. Brad is a native Floridian, born dark and handsome from the white, sandy beaches of Panama City.

Aubrie is a small-town country girl from Montana, who eventually moved to the big city of Seattle in 2014 after receiving her Master's degree in speech-language pathology. While Brad was stationed in Washington working as a nuclear submarine officer on-board the USS Ohio, the two stumbled upon one another while reaching for the same piece of bacon at the Whole Foods breakfast buffet. Just kidding, they met on Tinder.

True story - we met on Tinder. Not as grand as reaching for the same piece of fatty ham, but we knew from our very first date that we wanted to spend a whole boat-load of time together. So we did - we spent almost every single day together from that point on, eating donuts to working out, and everything in between. Brad tried CrossFit and did awesome, and Aubrie tried bodybuilding and couldn't move for days at a time. Then about two months later, much to everyone's heartache, disapproval, and shock, Aubrie quit her job, Brad got out of the Navy, and moved 2,263 miles away from friends and family to good ol' Houston, Texas - where everyone's your friend, food is dunked in butter, and sweet tea comes out of your kitchen faucet.

Both of us have always had a passion for fitness and health, as we like to say, "It's just in our plan." Brad's history is completely different from Aubrie's - his being founded on young life as the "chubby" kid, hardcore naval training, bodybuilding, and dieting strictly. Aubrie's history is founded on young life as an eating-disordered teenager, CrossFit (which changed her life), Olympic Weightlifting, coaching, and eating to her heart's content.

Together, our pasts and our passion have driven us toward where we are now. We want to help others. We want to share our love of fitness and food and health with the world.
