Happy National Donut Day | Protein Donut Recipe

Recipe for Donut:

-1/2 Cup Rolled Oats

-2 TBSP Cocoa Powder

-1 Scoop Protein Powder

-1 TSP Baking Powder

-1 Packet Stevia

-1 TBSP Coconut Flour

-1/4 Cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt

-1/4 Cup Pureed Pumpkin

-1/4 Cup Cashew Milk

-1 Egg

-Splash of vanilla

Recipe for Icing:

2 TBSP Fat Free Greek Yogurt

1/4 Scoop of Protein Powder

2 TBSP Cashew Milk

Directions: Preheat oven to 325. Blend oats until a fine powder. Mix wet ingredients and slowly add in dry ingredients. Blend until brownie batter consistency. Pour into donut pan and place in the oven. Bake for about 10 mins or until done. Let donuts cool then frost.
