I went to check out the NEW Alphalete Gym with my friend David, got a quick bite to eat, and showed you what really goes on when Aubrie isn’t home. Directions: Mix 1.5 Scoops Protein, 50g of FF Greek Yogurt, 26-38g of Kodiak Cake mix (I had to add 38g because I added too much water), 50-76g (low end for the low end of Kodiak Cake mix range and high end for high end of the Kodiak Cake mix range, ½ teaspoon of baking powder, and stevia (to taste) in a bowl. Spray cupcake pan and add batter evenly to pan. Add any additional fillings to brownie bites. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes, best if slightly underdone. Top and enjoy!
