Ice Cream!

335 calories for 2 pints of ice cream (frozen yogurt), no way! Yes way! Ingredients and directions below. Watch the video for tips and tricks!

 

Ingredients:
10 oz Fat Free Greek Yogurt (Fage 0%)
1.5 cups Unsweetened Cashew Milk
2 tsp Extract of Your Choice
1 scoop Protein Powder (PeScience Snickerdoodle or Blondie, personal favs)
¾ Cup Baking Stevia
1 Tbsp Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding Mix (Cheesecake flavor)

Instructions: Blend wet ingredients together in stand-up mixer or with electric hand mixer. Slowly add dry ingredients while mixer is running on low. Make sure all protein powder is dissolved (hand whisking may be necessary if it is chunky). Consistency should be somewhat thicker than cashew milk. Pour entire mixture into ice cream maker and let it run until it reaches a soft-serve consistency. Our recommendation is that you consume immediately, as it can change texture if frozen. Enjoy!
