Directions for Ice Cream:
Add the following to a bowl
1.5 Cups 2% Milk
1 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt (We use Fage)
1 Scoop BPN Protein Powder
2 tsp Liquid Stevia
1 tsp Xantham Gum
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 pinch of Salt
Mix until it has grown in volume and resembles a marshmallow fluff. Add to ice cream machine and let churn until it becomes ice cream! We sometimes then put ours in the freezer to further harden it up, but that is completely up to you. Macros for our ice cream is 443 calories, 60p, 29c, 9f. Enjoy!
