1 Serving of Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes
1 Serving of Protein Powder (We use BPN or PEScience)
16 ounces of 99/1 ground turkey
16 ounces of 96/4 beef
96 ounces of cauliflower rice
1 packet of Idahoan instant mashed potato mix
4 cups of frozen mixed veggies
112g of fat free cheddar cheese
Cook ground turkey and ground beef together, seasoning however you like. Cook vegetables and add to ground beef. Cook cauliflower rice and mash, then stir in instant potatoes. Line 2 baking dishes with meat and vegetable mixture. Top with cauliflower and potato mixture. Add cheese. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes and broil on high for 5 minutes or until cheese is melty. Enjoy!
Macros for 1 serving (makes 8 servings): 336 calories, 35 carb, 4 fat, 40 protein.
