Warm up on treadmill: incline 10, pace to "Sorry not Sorry" by Demi Levato: entire song 

 

 

10 rounds, no rest:
Sled push 10y there 10y back (mod heavy)
10 Russian KB swings (18k)

 

5 min rest

 

10 rounds, no rest:
10 wall balls (standard CrossFit height for gender, 12# WB)
10 sit-ups (CF standard, touch ground above head, touch shoe laces)

 

5 min rest

 

5 sets 10 leg lifts on dip bar- unbroken

 

5 rounds:
10 burpees (go for speed) CF standard
20 Russian twists w/ light ball (go for speed)

 

7 mins meditation/stretching
